Gate Climbing
So we have a gate in front of the TV to keep Desmond away from it because he likes to climb on the entertainment center and hide behind the TV. It has been up for a couple of weeks now. The other day he pulled it out so he could walk around the side and get into the restricted area. Dan fixed it by gluing the mounts to the entertainment center. So Desmond decided instead that he would climb the gate. Oh and not just while we weren’t looking he’ll do it while we’re watching him and taking pictures.

I see Desmond is like Bella – they just have to throw everything on the other side of the gate. It’s like a toy wasteland on our kitchen floor thanks to the gate.

You could put his shoes on him. His bare feet give him a good foothold but with shoes he won’t be able to get the hold he needs. I know – he’d probably just take his shoes off!

Yep he’d just take off the shoes and look at us like we were insane for putting shoes on him. Taking shoes off he is good at, he isn’t quite as good at putting them back on, but he’s practicing.
