Here are a couple more pictures from last night. Hopefully that is enough pictures for now, Mom *grin*. He took his arm out of his sleeve and was playing with a glove.
Here are a bunch more pictures of Desmond. He’s up on the couch, playing around.
Here are some of him on the couch with K-line. He’s chewing on a bumpy name label, he’s been chewing a lot recently we’re pretty sure his 2 year molars are coming in.
I have a bunch of random Desmond pictures. First are a couple from last week, with him curled up with his caterpillar.
So we took Desmond out in the snow yesterday. Unfortunately it was just a light dusting and is mostly gone already. Though I am sure the inauguration planners are quite happy about that. Anyways here are some pictures of Desmond in the snow. He did not like it on his hands at all.
So we were driving home from my in-laws. They watched Desmond for us this afternoon while we worked on cleaning and moving around some things at home. He is still rear-facing since he is within the limits and it is safer, but that means when I’m in the front seat I can’t see him. Anyways he had gotten quiet so I asked, “Desmond are you awake?”
And I hear back in a cute little annoyed toddler voice, “no”.
So I guess he was sleep talking! To be fair he really was almost asleep and probably was out withing 3 minutes or so of our short conversation. I just enjoyed his answer to my question.
It is 12 degrees Fahrenheit out, with windchill it feels like 0. So Dan just took Desmond out to go to the Fitness Club to go swimming. I hope the two of them don’t freeze on the walk from the parking lot to the car and back! On the plus side Desmond’s hair is so fine, it will be dry by the time they leave the club.
So Desmond likes to hide when he knows I am getting ready to change his diaper. This morning I got the wipes and diaper ready and then went to go find him. He was hanging out in the lazy susan, between the fridge and the dishwasher. It wasn’t that surprising he’s taken it over as his spot, so I snapped a couple of pictures, before grabbing him to change his diaper.
Here are a couple more from this afternoon of him having fun on Dan and my bed. You can see K-line in a few of these as well.
We have an older iPod up in our bedroom that goes on our alarm clock. Desmond likes to pull it down and play with it. He apparently has decided it really is a phone, so he has his own iPhone! He loves to talk into it and listen to hear what the people on the other end are saying as well.
