So for Dan’s birthday we went to the supermarket and picked up half a cake. It was very chocolaty and Desmond loves chocolate. Here are some pictures of him with the chocolate cake being eaten!

Desmond had his 15 month appointment today. He gained 2 ounces in the past 3 months, which isn’t surprising since he is so active. He did grow an inch. He is 50% for height and 45% for weight now. His head is still between 75 and 90%. We finished the last question on the current sheet for evaluating his development so we will get the 2 year sheet at his 18 month appointment. All and all the appointment went fine, no problems and we got the name of a pediatric dentist for him.

Now for the stats from birth to 15 months:

At birth he was 7 pounds 14 ounces and 20 3/4 inches
At one months he was 11 pounds and 23 inches
At two months he was 14 pounds and 24 1/2 inches
At four months he was 17 pounds 13 ounces and 26 1/2 inches
At 6 months he was 19 pounds 13 ounces and 27 inches
At 9 months he was 22 pounds 3 ounces and 29 inches
At 1 year (12 months) he was 23 pounds 8 ounces and 30 inches
At 15 months he is 23 pounds 10 ounces and 31 inches

I love this video, he did this a dozen times or more when we were at the pool and it was just so cute.

Here is a video of Desmond playing in the Ocean with his Daddy and Grandpa (my Father). It isn’t the best, but I love watching him fall into the water, I may be an evil mother though.

We also picked a bunch of blueberries for Desmond. He loves blueberries, he had a ton while we were on vacation, so we decided to pick a bunch for him so he would have some at home. We got him 4 pounds, hopefully it will last the week. Here are a couple of pictures of him and the blueberries.

We went out yesterday to go berry picking, first we picked some cherries for me, Desmond enjoyed them as well.

On our way down and back we stopped at my Grandparents house in Richmond. It was almost midway and it gave Desmond time to run around after being stuck in the car. Here are a couple of pictures of Desmond with two of his Great-Grandparents. They aren’t great because he wasn’t willing to stay still long enough for me to get any really good pictures, but they work.

Desmond did wave bye-bye as we were ready to head out to gohome.

Here are a couple of pictures that don’t fit elsewhere. Two are of Desmond up on the loft looking out. The other two just amused me. We had a lot of fun on vacation, it was nice and relaxing, rather then being go, go, go, which was nice.
