I finally got around to finishing editing a bunch of pictures last night. So I have a bunch of pictures from both January and February to post. I figure I’ll do a couple of posts for the next few days. There are various sets of pictures so I will actually do separate posts rather then just one huge photo dump. Check my new posts to see some cute pictures.

Okay those these aren’t all the pictures they took yesterday, since that would have been over 40 pictures and some of them were a bit less then stellar, but here are a bunch of the pictures we had taken of Eloise. Enjoy the Eloise is turning 1 pictures!

We had to work hard to get pictures without her fingers in her mouth, she kept trying to put them in and we kept taking them out.

Here is another one of my favorite pictures, I just like the angle on it. It also made me realize she has a cleft chin. I knew I had one and Desmond had one, I hadn’t realized she did too.

She did not want to stand solo, she kept sitting when we stood her up, but we were finally able to get her to stand, but she was facing sideways. Here are her standing pictures.

We also got some combo pictures with our package so here are the ones we got. I like how they all turned out.

So we went to Sears today to get Eloise’s one year pictures done since Kiddie Kandids is gone. I was impressed, we got a ton of pictures. I realized after the pictures were done that I wanted a few more of her in her first outfit, but I decided not to worry about it since the photographer had taken over 40 pictures of her. We got to chose which ones we liked from all of them. Which was a huge change from Kiddie Kandids where you get to chose from between 6 and 8. We got a lot of great photos of her and she looks really really cute. The only downside is they don’t print on site, so I have to wait till the 10th to get all my sheets of her pictures. On the plus side they burn the CD there and we got all the pictures plus all the enhancements they had done there and a release so we can print the pictures anywhere we want, which is nice. We were impressed with the service and all the great pictures. We plan to go back for Desmond’s 3 year pictures next month.

Last night at Mommom’s Eloise was playing with the cow puppet we have and she handed the puppet to my Mom and said, “Cow go moo.” So apparently my 10 1/2 month old is now speaking in sentences on occasion.

Later in the evening she took 3 steps when we could all see her do it too. She should be walking soon, maybe.

Dan got a picture of her standing the other day. Of course she isn’t looking at the camera because she is trying to see what Desmond is doing. But you can see her standing at least. One day I will get a picture of her standing and looking at the camera, she might be 15 months old before I get the picture, but I will get it!

These are from my in-laws house from about a week and a half ago. We all went over and spent some time with them and then had spaghetti for dinner. Eloise is showing off her spaghetti eating skills. She made quite a mess. That is what is so much fun with new eaters though!

Here are two pictures of Eloise with her Dadi (Grandmother) and Dada. They are from different days, but they sort of go together as a theme. Anyways here they are.

So I’m sharing this picture of him from the end of December. It just seems to fit.

Since I know that my Mom is going to start complaining about me not posting pictures recently. I have some pictures to post, they won’t be up until at least this weekend though, I just reinstalled this computer and I’m not sure where I put my photo editing software, so I need to find it and install it before I can post new pictures. Sorry Mom.

In other news Eloise has taken a number of steps, but still isn’t walking walking yet, I am guessing she will be soon. She is climbing, though not a ton. She tends to follow Desmond, so if he climbs up something and she can figure her way up she will climb up after him. Oh and she has a tiny foot, we got her measured at Stride Rite this weekend, and her foot is a 2 1/2 regular, so if anyone buys her shoes, hi mom, she needs a size 3 right now. Desmond was a 5 1/2 extra wide at 11 months, so Eloise being a 2 1/2 regular at 10 months is just tiny!
