So Eloise has been choosing to wear swimsuits whenever possible for the last week or so. Think she is trying to give me and Dan a hint?

They don’t look at all similar do they? The first picture of Desmond I thought was Sully for a minute or two. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any of Eloise in a t-shirt from the right age or I might have played guess which child this is with all three pictures!

I got the idea for this post from my friend’s Anjie’s post at her blog Of Pandas and Pirates.

That’s my Sully!

Today Sully is 12 weeks old. It is hard to believe that in 12 weeks he has gone from this:

to this:

He is now rolling over, playing with toys, interacting with his big brother and sister, babbling and not seeming like a little newborn anymore. He is just getting so big, it is hard to believe that next week he’ll be 3 months old! He is moving into his 6-9 month and 6-12 month clothes, he is a big boy, he is going to be in size 3 diapers soon, just like Eloise. He is already wearing the same size cloth diapers as she is. He is a mellow baby, except when he is screaming because of his reflux or because he wants me right now! He is sleeping mostly through the night from about 11pm till 5 or 6am before needing to nurse again. It is just weird to think about how fast the last 12 weeks have gone.

He has been to Easter at my Aunt’s house and met his Great-Grandmother, he has been to Sesame Place in Philadelphia. He however has still not been on an airplane, unlike his big brother who first flew around 8 weeks and his sister who first flew around 4 weeks and had flown round trip 3 times before she was 4 months old, he will get to fly for the first time in August at 4 months old. He is about to take his first long car trip when we go down to visit my parents at the lake. He is so little and yet he seems so big as well. Here are a few pictures from his first 12 weeks.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. We did this photoshoot on Monday afternoon, and the three small ones semi-cooperated too.

Here are all three together, couldn’t get a perfect shot, but I think these two are cute.

Here are a few pictures of Sully from when we were outside on Monday. He mainly just laid in the grass looking around, and moving around in a little circle while grabbing handfuls of grass out of the ground. He was quite happy for almost an hour out there.

Sibling Love

Here are a couple of pictures of Desmond from yesterday. We went out to the commons area behind our house to play and I took along the camera. He decided to pose nicely and give me a lot of great shots.

So this afternoon after lunch we went outside for awhile. It was gorgeous out at 75 degrees and the two bigger ones had a lot of fun running around. They chased butterflies, played ring around the rosy, played catch, played tag, ran around like wild children, and generally had a good time. Sully had a nice time too and enjoyed laying on the grass, he turned himself in a full circle in the hour we were there and pulled up some grass while he was lying around. Everyone had fun and I got over 500 pictures, oh which I’ll be sharing a select few in the next few days. Here are a couple of preview shots.
